Most pet wheelchairs will arrive within 2-3 days by ground delivery East of the Mississippi. The dog wheelchairs are shipped almost entirely assembled. Our express mail carriers charge based on the size of box rather than actual weight, which is < 20 lbs for our largest K-9 Cart dog wheelchair. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. You will be notified if costs are more than this estimate.

All K9 Carts dog wheelchairs include walking version at no additional cost. Foot slings for non-walking version are also supplied at no additional charge.

Foam filled knobby tires, suitable for indoor and outdoor terrain, are standard on all carts. The tires are non-pneumatic so you will never get a flat!

Carts for pets > 40 lbs. can be made with a detachable rear harness for an additional fee. Use the rear leg ring harness to put your pet in your K9 Cart or use it alone.

K-9 Carts dog wheelchairs for pets > 101 lbs are usually non-refundable. Wheelchairs for an animal other than a cat or dog are automatically non-refundable. Four-wheeled carts are non-refundable.

Return Policy: All K9 carts dog wheelchairs may be tried for 10 days. If you are unsatisfied with your dog wheelchair during the 10 day trial, please contact us to arrange a return. If the K-9 cart dog wheelchair is returned clean and in "as new" condition, 65% of the canine cart cost (without shipping) is refundable. After 10 days, the dog wheelchair is non-refundable unless you have been in contact with us trying to enhance your animals fit or the cart return is in transit. Shipping costs are never refunded. All four-wheel dog wheelchairs or carts for pets other than dogs and cats are non-refundable.
